Dear Sisters,

April has always felt like a breath of expansion for me—perhaps because it’s my birthday month!

After the stillness of winter, something stirs within me—subtle, ancient, and wild. The Earth awakens. The wind shifts. The light lengthens. And deep in my bones, I remember:

It’s time to emerge.

Not to rush. Not to prove.

But to return—to reclaim—to rise.

This season sits in the East—the place of spring, new beginnings, and spiritual vision. The winds of the East carry clarity, inspiration, and sacred expansion.

But here’s the truth:

To truly expand, we must first release.

The stories, roles, and patterns that once felt safe now feel like tight skins I’ve outgrown.

The voice of my spirit whispers, “There is more life for you.”

And I know many of us—especially in midlife—are standing at a sacred threshold.

One foot in the familiar, one in the unknown.

Our souls are calling us to step forward, even when the way isn’t clear.

This is a journey from constriction to expansion, from fear and control… to truth, love, and alignment. It’s a return to the wild wisdom within.

So this month, I invite you to ask:

• What feels tight or too small in your life right now?
• What are you ready to shed, compost, or unbind?
• What sacred vision is whispering to you on the spring wind?

You don’t need to force the answers. Just listen. Take your time, but trust the call.

You are meant to bloom.
